Riverbend Lodge(Addo National Park)

Riverbend Lodge is situated in the 14 000 ha Private Concession which forms part of the Addo National Park. The Lodge is flanked by the Zuurberg mountains and anchored on endless horizons. Herds of Elephant feed a short distance away while guests can enjoy the views of the 300 different species of birds that occur in this area.
Guests can enjoy a personalised game drive with their own ranger at the wheel interpreting this extremely diverse environment. Drives can go deep into the mountains and guests will discover varying vegetation from thick forested valleys, open savannah plains to hillsides rich in Fynbos.
Guests have the option to enjoy a choice of accommodation at Riverbend Lodge, Luxury suites, Executive suites or the Honeymoon suite, depending on the occasion at the time. All the suites are luxuriously decorated and are all en-suite. All the suites enjoy air conditioning and have ceiling fans, electronic safes, mini bars, satellite television and some with an outdoor shower and the Honeymoon suite boasts a spa bath for guests to enjoy.

Tour Description
A fantastic tour to experience the diversity of the Eastern Cape. Clients get to travel from the coastal city of Port Elizabeth into the transitional zone between the coast and the Karoo where they will stay at Blaauwbosch Private Reserve. Enjoying the luxuries of this lodge guests will then travel to the Karoo where they will stay at the Mount Camdeboo Private Reserve where they can relax and enjoy the uniqueness of this place. Outstanding views and scenery will take your breath away. Two days spent here will ensure total relaxation and enjoyment. The forth day sees clients travelling to the Addo National Park where they will spend their last night in the Riverbend Lodge which is a 5 star lodge in the Addo. Game drives can be enjoyed here and great meals. The group will then travel back to Port Elizabeth on the 5th day. |
